Screening Requirements

1. Please Text or Email to Start -once we have agreed on Booking and all information/screening has been processed we can then arrange a phone conversation to discuss further travel arrangements if needed.

2. Government Issued Identification(photo, name, address MUST be visible).

3. Destination address and/or Hotel booking confirmation- 5 star Minimum Hotel, NO motels.

4. Cost of TRAVEL/EXPENSES transferred immediately on booking agreed upon.

5. These requirements are NOT negotiable and a requirement of all FMTY bookings.

FMTY Compensation- Australia Wide Rates

1. Minimum 4 hour booking fee

2. Travel expenses are extra

3. Fetish and extra services available to be negotiated and added to the base fee.
